No hace falta k ponga “working student”.
Una startup k acaba de levantar pasta necesita manos ya. Un mail de 8 líneas (“MSc TU/e, intern ASML, 2 días/semana, Python”) vale más k filtrar portales. Brainport ha metido $462M en H1 2026 (Dealroom). Eso es el momento de colarte.
La respuesta
Tres palancas, en este orden:
- Mail a quien acaba de cobrar. Seed/A de 2026, equipo pequeño, software o datos en el producto. No hay plaza de student. Da igual. Invisix, ShanX, eyeo, INNER, Axelera (ya les escribiste en julio).
- EuFlex (Luna) + supervisor de ASML. El GUI lo usan 10+ ingenieros: 1 día/semana de features es el sí más rápido.
- Philips HTC / NXP si quieres cartel grande. Ahí sí hay intern; pide 16 h.
Eres UE: no hay tope de 16 h ni TWV. El límite es el máster.
Desde 1 ene 2026: €18,69–19,04 bruto según ECTS. 8–16 h. Campus. Lo más limpio para estudiar.
A 40 h sale a ~€4–5/h. Peor pasta, mejor CV si lo negocias a 16–24 h (Philips lo contempla prorrateado).
Kién acaba de cobrar
Dealroom, Brainport, H1 2026. Semiconductors se lleva el 70% del VC. No todas quieren un MSc de AI a media jornada; las de abajo sí o al menos tienen software/datos y un mail abierto.

El resto del VC de Brainport (Dealroom): $462M en 6 meses, rumbo a ~$924M en 2026. Unicornios del ecosistema: 3. EIC Fund y Startupbootcamp son los k más cheques firman aquí. HighTechXL acaba de sacar PreSeed XL (€11M, may 2026) — las ventures k entren ahí van a contratar ya.

No pegues el CV de julio y “busco working student”. Diles k te acabas de bajar de ASML, k el máster te deja 2 días, y k puedes entregar algo concreto en 6 semanas.

El truco holandés
En Alemania “Werkstudent” es un contrato estándar (max 20 h en periodo lectivo). En NL casi nadie lo llama así. Lo k hay:
- Working student / werkstudent — 8–20 h, 6+ meses. NXP lo tiene oficial en NL. TU/e lo tiene vía EuFlex. Pocas plazas públicas.
- Student-assistent — trabajo de estudio (TA, research) en la uni. Horas fijas, tarifa por ECTS.
- Stage / internship — 32–40 h, 3–12 meses, €500–750/mes. Es lo k inunda Magnet.me y las career pages. No es working student aunque ponga “student” en el título.
- Afstudeeropdracht — tesis en empresa, casi full-time. Snap Eindhoven llama “Working Student – ML” a una tesis de 8–12 meses, 4 días/semana en oficina. No es lo k pides.
NXP lo deja negro sobre blanco: intern ~40 h; working student 8–20 h, 6+ meses, tienes k estar matriculado todo el rato.

Hoy en el listado público hay TAs (control, programming, Ethics of AI) y poco de software de empresa. Da igual: EuFlex coloca working students en TNO, Thermo Fisher, SmartQare, DAF, Heijmans. SmartQare (wearable médico, IoT) ya tiene 8 students de la TU/e. Thermo Fisher programa pharma con CS de la TU/e. Eso es exactamente el formato k quieres.

2. NXP — Working Student SW Engineer max 20 h Nijmegen
R-10065076, publicada 21 jul 2026, PART_TIME, MSc SW, Python/JS/R + PowerBI/Databricks/AWS. Max 20 h/semana. Workday.
Pega: es Nijmegen, no Eindhoven (~1 h tren). Encaja de contrato, no de sitio. En Eindhoven NXP sí tiene internships de AI (robotics, signal processing + AI, Edge AI Competence Center) pero a 36–40 h. Pregunta si el CC de Eindhoven te coge como working student: el programa existe en NL, solo no está colgado para esa sede.
3. Philips Avent — Data, AI & Algorithm intern HTC 40 h en el anuncio
Publicada 19 ago 2026, start 1 oct, €500–700/mes, Python, sensores/visión, producto de bebé. Magnet.me o careers.philips.com.
El anuncio pide full-time. Las condiciones generales de intern de Philips dicen k a media jornada pagan prorrateado. Mail al hiring lead (Gabriele Papini, citado en la oferta) con: MSc AIES healthcare, intern ASML 5 meses, 16 h/semana, HTC. Si dicen no, igual te reciclan a otro intern de Innovation Engineering (Python + LLM, 32–40 h, start sep).
4. Sioux — Master Internships Mathware / SW testing Eindhoven
€500–750, master, full-time en el anuncio. vacancy.sioux.eu. Open application a jobs@sioux.eu: software + mathware + life science. Si no hay match, mandan open application igual. Cultura de asignaciones, no de Easy Apply.
Escribir aunque no haya plaza
Esto pesa más k las 3 ofertas de arriba. En Brainport el working student de software casi nunca se publica; se ficha por mail o por EuFlex.

Snap Eindhoven no cuenta. El puesto “Working Student – Machine Learning” (R0045234) es tesis de 8–12 meses, 4 días/semana en Spectacles, on-device ML. Guárdalo para el afstudeer, no para este curso.
Si aprietas el track Healthcare
El máster es AI & Engineering Systems, track Healthcare. Las piezas k cuadran sin hacer de médico:
- Philips HTC — Avent (datos de producto), Innovation Engineering (Python/LLM en test), Data & AI de IGT. Es el destino obvio.
- Prinses Máxima — ya hay conversación. Data integration / AI innovation. Utrecht 1 vez cada X y el resto remote es vendible.
- SmartQare — IoT clínico, working students de verdad.
- Medtronic, Thermo Fisher, Sioux life science.
ASML no es healthcare. Si el objetivo es el track, no vuelvas ahí salvo k el 1 día/semana sea pasta + continuidad y el healthcare lo cubras con tesis o un student-assistent en IE&IS.
Cómo (sin LinkedIn)
- Perfil en Magnet.me (es el portal de estudiantes NL, no es LinkedIn). Sube el CV de julio + una línea: “seeking 8–16 h/week working student, Eindhoven, AI/software, available immediately”.
- Cuenta JobTeaser TU/e y mail a EuFlex esta semana. Pasa por Luna. Diles el formato: 2 días, Python, intern ASML, healthcare.
- Un mail corto al supervisor de ASML. Asunto tipo “BIT 1 day/week while I finish the MSc”.
- Un mail a Paul van Dijk retimando Máxima.
- Philips y NXP por su career site (Phenom / Workday), no Easy Apply. En la carta: horas concretas.
- Open application Sioux jobs@sioux.eu, ASML solo si es working student (internships@asml.com es el funnel de 40 h + HireVue).
